"The decks above our garage and in our yard, after 20 years of usage, were worn and faded and were succumbing to water damage. We were afraid both decks would need to be replaced and that it would cost an arm and a leg. But in order to prevent any further water damage, we knew it had to be done.
A family member suggested we contact Arsenal Construction...we are so glad we did. Max of Arsenal inspected the decks and informed us he could reuse the majority of the deck lumber-saving us a huge amount! Arsenal’s crew carefully removed the deck boards, replaced the rotted, water damaged underside lumber, and properly weatherproofed the entire structure. They planed, reinstalled, and stained the once “old” deck lumber. They also installed a few decorative elements that helped add a finish touch that didn’t previously exist.
Our decks now look brand new once again!Overall, our experience with Arsenal Construction was fantastic! We have hired them to complete a few smaller projects/repairs in our 75+ year old home and have always found them to be reliable, punctual, courteous and neat. We highly recommend Arsenal Construction."

"I wanted my home to reflect the surroundings I live in (an 800 plus acre cattle ranch) and the western style I love. Arsenal Construction did that and more! They created a magnificent fireplace and hearth seamlessly using both cultured stone and natural cobbles found around my property. It's gorgeous and everyone enjoys gathering around it to warm by the fire.They installed beautiful wide wood plank floors in my living and diningroom. They installed tile flooring throughout the rest of my home tying everything together but also giving each room a unique design. They even creatively installed some lucky horseshoes I had collected over the years into the kitchen tile design. I wanted to stay with the ranch style theme so Max Martir, the owner of Arsenal Construction, recycled some old barnwood that had been stored on the property and used it as baseboards and window trim throughout my home.
I found Arsenal Construction to be very professional, knowledgable, and creative. They listened to any idea I had and I was always excited with the design ideas they had. Arsenal's employees were respectful, courteous, and always kept their work areas clean. I am currently in the process of purchasing another home and I can guarantee I will be turning to Arsenal Construction when it comes time for remodeling."
